Part Time / PRN Strength & Conditioning Coach

We’re not looking for rep-counters or clipboard-holders. We’re building a team of elite-level disruptors — coaches who train with intention, think critically, and deliver high-performance results for teams, athletes, and high-achieving individuals.
At VINNA, we blend rehab, performance science, and strength & conditioning into one cohesive system. We're not tied to one location or one way of thinking — and neither should you be. This role is mobile and based out of our Scottsdale facility, with flexible hours based on client demand. You’ll coach private sessions, team training, and help athletes get better — faster.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a coach who knows their craft and owns their role. You’ve got a degree in exercise or sports science, your CSCS is locked in (or in process), and you’re not new to the weight room or the field. But credentials alone don’t cut it here. We want someone who thrives in a fast-moving, independent environment — someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You should be just as comfortable running a high-energy team session on a field as you are delivering precision coaching to a high-level adult client in a one-on-one setting. You’re professional, adaptable, and deeply results-driven. Most importantly, you buy into the mission — challenging the status quo, delivering real outcomes, and being part of a team that’s building something different in the performance space.
