During your onboarding we will talk through your sport, position, and where you are at in your cycle of seasons so we can design the program that will push you to succeed and reach your specific goals.

No matter what element of performance gains you are looking for, our staff is built to provide it. Your coach can meet you on the field or court to work on speed and agility, or we can meet you at the gym or your garage or home gym to work on strength and power.
Fitness
Your fitness journey begins with an interview where we find out more about your fitness level, health habits, and your goals. Then we'll build a custom program for you and meet you to motivate you and push you to not only meet, but to exceed those goals.

With VINNA, you get a team with the highest education to help you. Our performance team is made up of Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists who have their Bachelors degrees in an exercise science-related field and passed a rigorous CSCS exam.
Post Rehab
After physical therapy it's common to want to get back to exercise, but you aren't quite sure what you can safely do and you're afraid to start with just any personal trainer. We work as a team between our strength & conditioning coaches and physical therapists to design a program that is safe for you, but will push you to your greatest potential.
