Team VINNA is a mixture of sports medicine and rehab professionals, strength & conditioning coaches, and sports scientists, bringing a multi-specialty approach to athlete training and health guidance for high performers. This high performance model takes into account several factors when designing and implementing programs to improve performance. Our approach with each organization and individual we serve is custom tailored to the specific needs of the goals we are looking to achieve. We consider all aspects of performance. Not just limited to strength training, but also considering overall health, injury prevention, nutrition, and recovery. We are data driven and metric obsessed individuals who use the latest science-backed principles and objective data to achieve whatever goal is given to us.

Physical Therapist

For over two decades, Trent has been a dedicated Physical Therapist and Performance Coach, relentlessly pursuing a deeper understanding of human movement and maximizing potential. His journey began in Northern California, working alongside his father, fostering a foundation built on experience and a passion for helping others. Trent was Director of two thriving clinics, and specializes in high-level athletes and complex cases, working with professionals from the MLB, NFL, NBA, WNBA, UFC, NCAA, Olympics, and Ironman competitions.
Beyond direct patient care, he is committed to sharing his knowledge as a speaker, presenter, and educator on a national scale. Trent has also served as an instructor for the Golf Academy of America, teaching Anatomy, Exercise, and Nutrition. His expertise extends to endurance events, where he has been the Medical Director for various adventure and bike races.
Trent's specific areas of interest include the intricate interplay of the nervous system, the biomechanics of the foot, and the complexities of the head, face, and cervical spine. He deeply values the role of nutrition and recovery in optimizing performance for athletes and anyone striving to unlock their full potential.
Outside of his professional life, Trent thrives in the outdoors, fueled by activities like mountain biking, backpacking, running, and golf. He's also an avid proponent of lifting and resistance training, particularly for enhancing the performance of power and endurance athletes. Trent's ultimate goal is to empower others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through informed movement and a holistic approach to well-being.

Dr. Palmer has his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Doctorate in Physical Therapy Through school he completed multiple internships with the Milwaukee Brewers for both athletic training and physical therapy, and he was an athletic training intern for the Oakland Raiders.

He quickly progressed into management in his career, being named a clinic director and clinical coordinator two years into his career with a sports and orthopedic rehabilitation company. He then became a PT program director and designed the physical therapy program for an interdisciplinary complex pain management practice with multiple locations.
​
He has experience working with everything from adolescent sports injuries to neurological conditions and complex pain management cases. In his career physicians commonly referred difficult cases to him that had failed traditional physical therapy due to the results that his patients achieved.

Corrective Exercise Specialist
Danelle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the NASM. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Sports Science and Performance Programming from Arizona State University and is currently working on her Masters degree from East Tennessee State University. Danelle's background is in ballet, with 18 years of training and 2 years of professional experience. After her ballet career, she ran on the cross country team during her first year of college in California before transferring to ASU.

Danelle has been lucky enough to learn from some of the best places, such as EXOS and Phoenix Rising Soccer Club in Arizona, and BOLD Athlete Hockey Training Facility, as well as Training Foundation in her hometown of Alberta, Canada. Danelle's favorite sports to work with are baseball and hockey.
​
When Danelle is not coaching, she loves to spend time cooking, going to a park to play catch or basketball, or hanging out with her friends. Danelle strives to lead a healthy lifestyle to be an example for all her athletes.

Aidan Fenton

Certified Personal Trainer
Aidan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA who is passionate about training athletes' minds and bodies to perform at their best. A lifelong baseball player, Aidan has played and coached the game at the collegiate club level and draws on his experiences to help other young athletes reach the next stage of their careers. He attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Sport Psychology.
​Originally from Lake Tahoe, California, Aidan grew up enjoying outdoor activities like skiing and hiking. When he's not coaching, Aidan is most likely outside soaking up the sunshine, watching a baseball game, or recovering from his latest workout. Aidan joins VINNA after moving from Washington to Arizona.
