Our coaching app syncs directly with your wearable device (Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health, Oura) to look under the hood to assess all aspects of your performance and recovery.

  • Resting Heart Rate (RHR): We track cardiovascular health improvements over time.

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV): We monitor your nervous system’s stress levels. If your HRV is tanked, we don't push you to break a record—we program a recovery day to prevent burnout.

  • Sleep Quality: We analyze your deep and REM sleep trends to offer adjustments and protocols that actually help you rest.

Q: Is this just an AI app, or do I get a real coach?

This is 100% human coaching. Your data trends, every programmed workout, nutrition target, and recovery protocol is written and adjusted by your dedicated Performance Coach. You have unlimited access to message them, send videos for feedback, and hop on calls when needed. An app gives you a template; we give you a partnership.

Q: Why is this $199/month when most fitness apps are $15?

Fitness apps sell you access to a database of workouts. We sell you outcomes. For $199/mo, you are hiring a health strategist who manages your strength, nutrition, and recovery daily. When you factor in the included Cronometer Gold membership ($11/month value), the daily data review, and the personalized programming, the cost is significantly lower than even one session with an in-person trainer.

Q: Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. We operate on a month-to-month basis because we believe our results will keep you here, not a contract. You can cancel anytime.

Q: Do I need a wearable device (Whoop/Garmin/Apple Watch) to join?

It is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended to get the full "Health Command Center" experience. Without one, we can still coach your training and nutrition effectively. However, syncing a wearable allows us to see your Sleep, HRV, and Resting Heart Rate, which lets us customize your plan based on how your body is actually recovering biologically.

Q: How does the Nutrition Coaching work? Do I get a meal plan?

We move beyond rigid "chicken and broccoli" meal plans. We gift you a premium Cronometer Gold membership to track your intake. Your coach sets specific targets not just for calories, but for micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) to support energy and longevity. We review your logs and help you build sustainable eating habits that fuel your performance without taking over your life.

Q: I travel frequently / I have a limited home gym. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. This program is built for your life, not a perfect scenario. If you are in a hotel gym with only dumbbells for a week, your coach updates your plan to match that equipment. If you are at home with just bands, we build a plan for that. We ensure you never miss a beat, no matter where you are.
